LeBlanc Foundation sits on advisory board of the U.S Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC)

Since 2020, the foundation has been members of an advisory board to administer the SMDC Underserved Community Cybersecurity and Engineering Education Development program (SUCCEED). The LeBlanc foundation is responsible for high school age youth in the Wiregrass.

The program provides students of historically Black colleges and universities and underserved youth with valuable opportunities for training and practical experience in science, technology, engineering and mathematics- and cybersecurity-based career fields to create a diverse talent pipeline to meet the needs of the federal government and its industry partners.
