With a Master's in Cybersecurity and a range of certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and more, Kenneth is well-equipped to lead our efforts in securing digital environments.
His passion for excellence and commitment to fostering positive life choices, educational growth, and good citizenship shines through in his role as the Director of STEM and Cybersecurity Programs. With a strong background in cybersecurity, Kenneth is dedicated to empowering communities by ensuring their digital safety. Chenita "Nina" LeBlanc
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY HEALTH AND EQUITY PROGRAMS
Chenita LeBlanc, affectionately known as "Nina," is a driving force in our foundation's mission to foster community health equity and maternal wellness. With a Master of Arts in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Georgia State University, Nina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as the Director of Community Health and Equity Programs.
Nina's passion for improving lives is evident in her extensive skills set, which includes strategic planning, leadership, and public speaking. Her expertise extends to project management, customer service, and human capital management. She's a marketing maven, well-versed in social media strategies, and a proponent of community engagement.
In addition to her educational background, Nina holds certifications in Health Insurance Management, Health Literacy, and Maternal Health. These certifications are a testament to her commitment to ensuring that all individuals have access to quality healthcare and are equipped with the knowledge and tools to make informed health decisions.
As our Director, Nina is a driving force behind our health education, wellness, and equity programs, with a particular focus on maternal health and the well-being of our community. She combines her strengths in strategy and team building to ensure that our initiatives have a lasting impact. Nina is no stranger to public relations and marketing strategy, making her an invaluable asset in promoting our mission and events.

Tammy LeBlanc
DIRECTOR OF YOUTH JUSTICE AND COURT ADVOCACY PROGRAMS
Tammy LeBlanc, a seasoned Certified Court Reporter with an impressive 32-year tenure in the challenging realm of criminal court in New Orleans, is the bedrock of our foundation's commitment to youth justice. Her unwavering strength and dedication to our mission are truly remarkable.

Having witnessed firsthand the intricacies of the criminal justice system, Tammy brings a unique perspective to her role as the Director of Youth Justice and Court Advocacy Programs. Her experience and expertise are invaluable as we embark on initiatives to guide and educate youth, helping them stay clear of the pitfalls that can lead to incarceration.

Kelan LeBlanc
DIRECTOR OF YOUTH SPORTS AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Kelan LeBlanc, our Director of Youth Sports and Community Development, is a dynamic and dedicated force driving positive change in our community. As a recent college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Huntingdon College, Kelan brings a fresh perspective and boundless enthusiasm to our foundation.
Kelan's journey as a top collegiate soccer player with multiple record accomplishments exemplifies his commitment to excellence. This dedication and drive extend to his role as a Board of Director (BOD) member for the LeBlanc Foundation, where he helps make sound, ethical decisions to advance our mission.
Kelan's professional experience as a Sports Coordinator with the Alabama Sports Fest (ASF) Foundation, the largest amateur multi-sporting event in Alabama, is a testament to his strong organizational skills and event management expertise. He has served as a spokesperson for the organization, actively raising event awareness through communication, relationship building, and media outreach.
As a member of the Board of Directors for the LeBlanc Foundation, Kelan plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective organizational planning, providing necessary resources, and improving our public standing. He actively contributes to the development of strategies, goals, and objectives while making crucial decisions about our programs and activities.
His achievements as a student and a player, along with his leadership in the community, reflect Kelan's outstanding character. As a current physical education educator at an elementary school and the high school men's assistant soccer coach, he continues to positively impact the lives of young individuals, instilling values and skills that extend far beyond the playing field.

Joseph LeBlanc III
DIRECTOR OF FOUNDATION OPERATIONS AND MILITARY ENGAGEMENT
Joseph LeBlanc III brings over 29 years of invaluable experience from his dedicated service in U.S. Army Aviation. Through his military journey, he developed an unwavering commitment to excellence and the skills to lead in complex, high-stakes environments. Now, Joseph serves as the Director of Foundation Operations and Military Engagement, where his military background intersects with the LeBlanc Foundation's vision of empowerment and collaboration.

Joseph specializes in human relations, enhancing organizational efficiency, and meticulously planning, scheduling, and executing mission-critical goals. He is a resourceful problem solver, known for his adeptness at analyzing intricate program data and interrelationships, a skill set that now serves as a cornerstone of his contribution to the LeBlanc Foundation.
As a decorated Brigade Operations Sergeant Major and key military leader, Joseph was entrusted with ensuring the safety of aviation operations worldwide. His role involved maintaining air traffic services standards and certifying controllers, maintainers, units, and facilities. It was during this time that he developed strong organizational skills and the ability to tackle challenges in any environment.
In his capacity as Director of Foundation Operations and Military Engagement, Joseph leverages his leadership wisdom to bridge the gap between the foundation's vision and its practical execution. His background in the military uniquely positions him to be a driving force behind the foundation's mission, which is to empower communities and inspire collaboration.

Rosemary "Jeanette" LeBlanc
TREASURER
Jeanette LeBlanc, with an illustrious track record spanning multiple years as Treasurer for the Wiregrass Futbol Club, is a trusted financial steward who now brings her expertise to The LeBlanc Foundation.
Beyond her financial acumen, Jeanette is also a Junior High School teacher's Aide, working with special needs students. Her dedication to education and her financial expertise uniquely positions her to ensure that our foundation's resources are allocated where they matter most – supporting special needs youth, education, and community development.

Davella LeBlanc
SECRETARY
Davella LeBlanc is the Foundation Secretary, leveraging her 20+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and detail-oriented record-keeping. Her strong organizational skills are instrumental in ensuring precise and efficient administrative operations for the foundation. Davella's dedication to maintaining a positive work environment and her commitment to high ethical standards make her an invaluable secretary for the organization.
